ABOUT
“get out of the neocortex” is an experiment with and for all people who want to engage in a process through presence: Movement, voice and mind.
Together with you we want to detach ourselves from the conscious, controlled part of the brain (neocortex) and create a space outside of everyday communication and ways of thinking. A Kundalini Yoga exercise session with Yvo Kaufmann with all participants, poems moved by Maria Seisenbacher and electro acustic by Veronkia Mayer will merge for this purpose.
Bring mats or blankets for the practice & drinks and food for sharing.
„get out of the neocortex“ ist ein Experiment mit und für alle Menschen, die sich durch Anwesenheit auf einen Prozess einlassen wollen: Bewegung, Stimme und Geist.
Gemeinsam mit Euch möchten wir uns aus dem bewussten kontrollierten Teil des Gehirns (Neokortex) lösen, einen Raum ausserhalb alltäglicher Kommunikation und Denkweisen schaffen. Dafür verschmelzen eine Kundalini Yoga Übungseinheit mit Yvo Kaufmann und allen Teilnehmer*innen, Gedichte von Maria Seisenbacher (die ebenfalls bewegt ist) und Elektroakustik von Veronika Mayer.
Bringt Matten oder Decken für die Praxis und Trinken und Essen zum Teilen mit.
